I bought the ipad 2, but I can’t buy eBooks from amazon. I have to buy books from ibooks which is too expensive. Should I exchange the ipad 2 for the samsung galaxy 10.1?

No. There are innovators and imitators. Apple is an innovator and Samsung is the imitator. The galaxy is an attempt at an ipad, but doesn’t quite have the same effect as an ipad. I’d go with the ipad. Apple has a lot of good apps and the programs are written better. I’m sick of people hating on apple just because their products are better. It blows my mind why anyone would settle for a droid over an iphone in my opinion.
@Blfad. Yes tablets existed before, but the operating system and app support the ipad has blows any other today tablet out of the water. The other companies are trying to make ipad imitations to get a piece of the market.
I’ve compared the driod thunderbolt to the iphone 4 and the droid operating system was sluggish when trying to scroll though the apps, while the iphone 4 had no delay.
Ultimately it is up to you, but don’t listen to underdog fanboys. The people that side with whatever isn’t popular at the time. Those people annoy me. Don’t hate or love a product just because other people do or don’t. I find it humorous when these type of people settle for sh*t over chocolate just to be rebellious.

What’s the usability of iPad’s ereader? I mean is it just meant for the ebooks that’s downloaded?

Need help! I bought Ipad Wifi 32GB and wants to know the purpose of the ereader. Is it just meant for the ebooks that is downloaded from app store or it can be used to open just like Microsoft Word for reading any document and also any PDF if transferred from any email or external storage device without any upgrades. I was so frustrated with the Nokia N8′s office application that i cannot use the Word application properly like scrolling and all and requires an upgrade. I hope that’s not the case with eReader in Ipad. Please let me know if you had been using eReader in iPad.

The iPad ereader can read all the standard iBook formatted files and PDF files now. Ereader is a plugin to allow you to reader the iBook. That’s all I know!

Why Is Apple iphone ipad And touch and Itunes so rubbish ?
The concept great but they hold back so much making the whole thing a rip off .. i bought an ipad 1
and it was outdated within 6 months with some apps incompatable
i bought ebooks which i cant even open on my pc
i bought audiobooks which i cant even tranfer to a non ipad product like a normal mp3 player because they restricted it even though i got non tangible goods for the same price i could have paid for a cd
i cant delete photo albums off my ipod touch without loads of hassle
ive had it with these crooks ……. all my Apple products are going on ebay and im deleting itunes

I use it every day and it works fine for me but i have had my ipod break. The good thing about apple is the warrenty. Send it back to them and they’ll fix it for more times than not, for free. Maybe you should try other brands if you hate apple so much?

Should I still buy an iPad 2?
Ever since the iPad 2 came out, I was really excited to buy it. Now that I’ve gotten a summer job, and I have enough money to buy one, I’m wondering if I should still go ahead and get it (I would get the 16 GB, $499 one)
I already have an iPod Touch 2nd generation, but I like how the iPad is bigger and you would be able to type more easily on it, and you can read on a bigger screen, especially for websites and eBooks. I also love that it has cameras, so I can use the Skype App and Facetime on it, and I can hold it a lot easier than my laptop.
So, should I still buy it? It was going to be my big ‘splurge’ this summer. I still can’t decide!
